Incorrect account detection because of account description search

A lot of accounts that have a similar account or display name are incorrectly detected.

It looks to be linked with the account's description search.

For instance: https://bsky.app/profile/lecridumochi.bsky.social and https://twitter.com/LeCriDuMochi (same account name, same display name)

Same with https://bsky.app/profile/blcafe.bsky.social and https://twitter.com/blcafepodcast (same display name)
