Looks like the index no longer exists. Are you able to restart OpenSearch Dashboards and it successfully start up?
So when OpenSearch Dashboards starts up it will attempt to recreate the `.kibana` index and migrate any docs from the previous index. If it doesn't exist it will recreate it....
