Usage dialog runs over right edge of screen

We need to fix the formatting of the usage dialog.

I know that PsExec probably had cutesy robocopy-like usage instructions, but I'd like to get it more nailed down and clean looking, like Unix tools or built-in DOS utilities.

The text should at least fit on the page.
