Other Mutual Information Estimator implementations?

Hi, thanks for your great work! In the paper, you studied the effects of different mutual information estimators, and found that JSD estimator and NCE achieve better results in most settings. But this repo only implements the JSD estimator. Could you please provide the implementations of other mutual information estimators like NCE, NT-Xent and DV?
