Completition of rcp command functionality

As the rcp command is made using Node CLI I would like to add more features to it as

• rcp check
• rcp parse
• rcp config

So that the user may have better experience of using our parser through command line. @kaushik-rishi can u Assign this Issue to me ?

@Yash1256 Please work on the rcp config command. The rcp parse and rcp test have been implemented to an extent. We can work on this together.
