Hi there!

I was looking for an app for anime with opensource code and the Tako Play app was exactly the right thing. With the given set o functionalities, it is a complete app if you ask me.

However, are there any plans for features regarding future versions? I am really curious about this.

@dacher996 Thank you ... Yes, new update will come with some UI changes and Video Buffer Speed , Recently watched anime as new feature. If you have any idea to add function to the app, Please leave your idea and i will consider it in future update. ✌️

One of the things that I was suggested to mention by my sister is navigation to a page of same anime genres.

Currently, when you open an anime, besides other information it displays it's genres as chips. It would be nice if, by pressing on a genre, it would take you to a page where other anime of the same genre would be listed.

Also, since genres are a big thing, it would be nice to select a genre when making a search. When a genre is selected, it would redirect you to a page with anime of that genre. This would prove useful when exploring similar anime within a genre.

If u just integrate it with anilist.....it will become much much better 🙂

@dacher996 Yea , i've already implemented about the Genre and I hope i can release new update in this month.
@siker498 @ITADORI-15 Integration with anilist is not very easy , as they are not the same API.
