db45_load is not available or installable on CentOS6 (for ks-centos5.cfg)

Can't install compat-db45 on centos6 (which is being used to generate the image).

Installing compat-db43 and replacing by db43_load seems to work (not sure yet).

It probably works as the first time rpm accesses it, it's able to move the bdb format forward. It does look like compat-db43 is what's available in EL6. Unfortunately, what compat libraries are available is going to vary a bit from version to version :(

I don't have a current Fedora handy but will set one up this weekend or next week and figure out something that should be able to better work across versions of Fedora and EL.
