replace complie to implementation badge.gradle for android

@katzer would you mind to make a new release in order to include 8e870f7f358d9435180f92dba4d2fc3b7f52bb4f

@zoranmil, I've replaced "compile" with "implementation" in node_modules\cordova-plugin-badge\src\android\badge.gradle. Is it correct? I'm using Ionic with Capacitor.

Android Studio builds keep failing now because compile is deprecated and the version of this plugin on npm is still 0.8.8. Please @katzer release an new v0.8.9 with the implementation fix! 🙏
