Is IWbootstrap compatible with Delphi 10.3 and IW 14.2 ?

I haven't tried but I am going to guess it might be. There is a project version for Berlin and this could be opened in Rio and recompiled. The notes also say IW 14.1.1 and higher which suggest 14.2 is OK.

Its likely fine. IW15 also ships with IWBS (still open source) and it works fine with 15...
