Add compute requirements

Added a section to the readme on the compute requirements with information from benchmarking analyses.

Hey Danielle, thanks for adding this info. Just one thing - "On a modern computer, the mykrobe predict command typically takes less than 1 minute to complete. With multiple threads on a very fast CPU, it might only take a few seconds." - To clarify, is this for running on 100 samples? or 1 sample?

Perhaps mod to: On a modern computer, the mykrobe predict command typically takes less than 1 minute to complete on 100 input readsets. With multiple threads on a very fast CPU, it might only take a few seconds.
