Adding an installation guide

Thanks very much for contributing! However installation instructions are in the wiki. We prefer to keep all instructions/documentation in the wiki rather than the readme. I realise some people prefer install instructions to be available in text of readme but we prefer not to have to update multiple locations. I have instead added a note in the readme making it clearer that install, usage & other docs are all in the wiki.
