Same issue for me with Apple M1 macOS 12.6 (monterey) python3 3.10.6 (also symlinked python to python3) XCode 14.0.1 Release (14A400)

I also got the certificate error now again.

The certificate seems to be renewed again. :) Happy to see you again in 13 months :>
