`make -r clean` failures

The following directories under build/tests/ need to be cleaned manually for make -r clean (or bmake/pmake/etc.) to work:

dump-lx
isdfa
intersect-ccuc
intersect
subtract-cuc
subtract
determinise
glob
like
literal
minimise-rdrd
minimise
pcre-pcregrep
pcre
reverse
union
set

They may need to have their artifacts registered as targets to clean up. (Just deleting build/tests/ recursively works, of course, but doesn't seem consistent with the rest of the build config.
