[FEATURE REQUEST] Date for all Params and Parsers (YYYY-MM-DD)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Would be nice to have a option to parse Date Strings like YYYY-MM-DD and not need to use it as string. Its frustrating for ParseQuery that the it needs to be a full string

schema: error converting value for "startdate". Details: parsing time "2024-09-01" as "2006-01-02T15:04:05Z07:00": cannot parse "" as "T" (and 1 other error)
