Parent Test Window Location

First and most importantly, Thank you! Wonderful tool.

When a dialog resource doesn't have a caption, a "Parent Test Window" is used to contain the dialog. This parent window opens on another screen and can be confusing.

I'm speculating some attempt is made as the window is on the edge of the primary display closest to the cursor.
