ci: Remove selinux workaround when kata-deploy adds support for it

Which feature do you think can be improved?

In https://github.com/kata-containers/tests/pull/5798 we are adding a workaround to enable testing with selinux enabled while the proper solution to kata-deploy is still under negotiation in https://github.com/kata-containers/kata-containers/pull/8417

Let's keep an eye on this and once https://github.com/kata-containers/kata-containers/pull/8417 is public remove this workaround from our CI pipeline.
