Last thought - I like the idea of adjusting `Level1Design` to take the fitlins outputs, but that also means adjusting every package's equivalent of `Level1Design` (SPM, AFNI...). Maybe be simpler...
That’s about what I’ve got as well - just unsure about the best way to add this in. Can you think of any reason to store the events and confounds...
