Restrict ip address range in user-defined network

Hello. I have an idea to restrict ip address range. Under the network in the company, ip address range developers can use is assigned in advance to prevent from conflicting invalid routing. As I read docker document, no option is available to do that by docker itself. I think that HBM becomes nice solution.

What do you think of this feature?
