Not yet ready for Ubuntu 19.10?

Looks like this project's stale and hasn't been updated in a few years. I love this app, but doesn't seem to work with my version of Ubuntu: The repository 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/kasra-mp/ubuntu-indicator-weather/ubuntu eoan Release' does not have a Release file.
