Would a tangent tool that unlocked after completing Level 14 be an option? Or would it be considered another cheat, or diminish the difficulty of later levels?

Completing in 11 moves results results in "Perfect ! You have done this challenge in a minimum number of moves!" which I presume should only display with 10 moves.
