Equilateral Triangle tool immediately available in level 1

Level one is to construct an equilateral triangle and unlock that tool, but that tool is immediately available at the beginning of the lesson.

Observed in Firefox 38 on debian 8 and Google Chrome on OSX

That is a problem, especially since using it directly will show "Completed" (technically correct), but not register it as finished (and show the link to Level2).

We should remove that tool from Level1. Also a similar problem in Level2 with Midpoint, though at least this one registers it as a completed level (in 1 move..!).
