primitives medal bug in 24 lvl

i use only primitives on 24 level, but medal writes as all tools

@nubideus okay, I fixed one other thing, I've now used your method to do it in 13 steps, and I've a medal with 13 (next to the medal with 6). I hope it works now. anyway, thanks for your help.
