Cannot install workspaces on Unraid 7.0

I was looking to spin up a kasm instance on my unraid box. I used the linux.io instance from the community apps in unraid and I get to the installation wizard fine but after I set the admin and user passwords and choose my workspaces, I just get an all back screen. it has the kasm logo at the top and it says installing in the upper right but the rest of the screen is all black and no matter how few workspaces I choose or how long I let that screen sit it never goes any further. if I refresh the page I go right back to the license agreement at the beginning of the installation wizard. the container logs shows almost nothing and has no errors or anything listed:

I have tried moving it to the host network as well but the behavior is the same. I dont know what I could be doing wrong here, any ideas?
