Container remote resize broken

To Reproduce

1. Deploy https://github.com/kasmtech/terraform on GCP
2. Deploy workspace Chrome from default registries
3. See remote resizing not working

Additional context

Weirdly this happens only on my new deployment with Terraform. I deployed a few weeks back with the install script on a Compute instance on GCP, I have the exact same Chrome image and it resize properly. I tripled check and everything looks OK on Terraform deployment, it works fine with KasmOS for instance so I don't see why this happened.
