[Feature Request] - Allow duplication/copy of Groups and Group Settings

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We setup groups with security settings configured for different user profiles. Often times these have a similar set of Settings, with only minor various on a few. We would still like to be able to manage them individually though. It would help when creating a new group to be able to copy all settings from an existing one, or to just duplicate an existing group and modify.

Describe the solution you'd like When creating a new group to be able to copy all settings from an existing one (clone), or to just select a group and have a duplicate option in addition to edit/delete.

Describe alternatives you've considered We could create a primary settings group for common settings that are similar, and then another group for a subset of changed settings and then apply both groups to a usage profile. However, this requires us to look in multiple places to see all settings applied to a usage profile and consider priority of application. All of which is error prone. It's better to keep the group settings all in one group.

Additional context Seems like a trivial ask/addition
