[Bug] - Black screen on all workspaces with GPU support

Describe the bug All Kasm workspaces with GPU acceleration produce a black screen when a session is established. Followed all guidance on installing NVIDIA drivers and NVIDIA Container Toolkit. Even ran a test container to ensure GPU passthru was happening.

To Reproduce

1. Create Debian 12 VM and allow PCI passthrough for RTX 3050 GPU
2. Install drivers for NVIDIA 3050
3. Install KASM
4. Install container toolkit
5. Install Ubuntu Focal workspace
6. Set Ubuntu workspace to use 1 GPU
7. Open a session

Expected behavior Expecting to get a full Ubuntu desktop environment session with GPU acceleration

Getting this error in the logs: "There was an exception running nvidia-smi on agent: (UnixHTTPConnectionPool(host='localhost', port=None): Read timed out. (read timeout=60))"
