retroarch with vnc

Describe the bug When trying to run this in docker for the first time it fails with the following error

Executing command: '/dockerstartup/vnc_startup.sh /dockerstartup/kasm_startup.sh --wait' hostname: Temporary failure in name resolution.

System Description RPI debian buster. Docker Swarm

KasmVNC Details docker.io/kasmweb/retroarch:1.14.0

Installation Details no commands just assigned the port 6901
