[Bug] - kasmweb/nginx docker image - latest tag is not updated

Workspaces Version e.g Version 1.13.1

Describe the bug It might not be an error and being on purpose, and a search didn't bring anything, but the docker image for kasmweb/nginx has the latest tag related to a push from 2 years ago, while other versions exist : https://hub.docker.com/r/kasmweb/nginx/tags

Also, I didn't search into the installation or upgrade scripts, but it seems a pull is not explicitly executed. Given the docker-compose contains the following :

image: kasmweb/nginx:latest

The image might not be updated if it is already present on the system.

I had the same behavior with the postgresql:12 image for the db service which stayed at a minor version from some months ago.
