[Feature Request] - AutoScaling - Mark Nginx Cert & Nginx Key as optional, not required.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The Autoscaling configuration marks Nginx Cert & key as required when they aren't always necessarily used. Couldn't this be marked as optional or be added to the Register DNS section? It's annoying to have to go pull a fake cert from somewhere and dump it here for it to never be used.

Describe the solution you'd like Skip having to generate and include a nginx cert & key that are not relevant to my configuration.

Describe alternatives you've considered Generate a fake Nginx PEM formatted certificate, paste it in and never think about it again. This is fine the first time but for multiple configurations I have to go and repeat this process.
