Discord audio cuts out if another app is in the foreground or goes full screen

When using discord in kasm the audio cuts out so I cant hear people in vc if I open a game and it goes full screen I can get past this with some games like CS:GO if I make it windowed but this solution doesn't work for everything not really sure what to do tbh
