MTU feature setting. Docker networks issue.

I am working on using kasm in kubernetes and virtualization engines and running into a mtu issue. I am able to set the mtu in dockerd, but based on the docker compose file, the kasm_default_network doesn't configure the mtu. see https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-kasm/pull/32#issuecomment-1566624222 Drone ci works the same. see https://github.com/drone/charts/blob/master/charts/drone-runner-docker/docs/install.md#docker-in-docker-mtu
