HTTP Headers with `=` give unrecognized option

I am trying to add a Permissions-Policy header to allow clipboard access to an embedded iframe instance of kasmvnc.

To Reproduce

vncserver -fg -http-header Permissions-Policy=clipboard-read=*,clipboard-write=*

Expected behavior

The server starts and returns these headers

Actual behavior

Fatal server error:
(EE) Unrecognized option: -http-header
(EE)

Confirmed. We are about to release 1.4.0, so a fix won't make it in for that, but will try to get into the following release.
