libjpeg-dev on debian bullseye

libjpeg8 is no longer included and quite hard to install. Could this dependency be updated?

Agree. That's the reason I couldn't install it on debian

We are looking into statically linking libjpeg-turbo so there is not a dependency. Also it would ensure we are using the latest and greatest versus whatever is available on the distro you are on. Hopefully have an answer to this soon.

We just posted deb packages for Debian Bullseye and Buster for KasmVNC 1.0.1. Please give those a try.
