Scrollbar due to incorrect larger resolution when using DPI scaling in Windows 10

Hello, I am using Windows 10 with 125% DPI scaling. I found there's always an ugly scrollbar with both chrome and Edge, this is probably due to the incorrect resolution larger than the browser viewport. When I turn the DPI scaling back to 100% scrollbar disappears and everything is normal again.
