ctrl+shift+enter：Complete statement

OS：Windows Version：VS Code 1.55.2 After installation, "Complete current statement" does not work. I don't know the reason. Should I copy something into the keybindings.json? But I do not have the json!!! I can't find it. if you say the plugin doesn't work at all, I'll think it wrong. Because "alt+shift+arrow" works.
