Feature: Automove the cursor to summary after creation

When typing "///" the template gets created. Unfortunately the cursor stays, where he is - which is a little bit unnecessary, since i want to start editing the summary-tag in 99% of all cases.

Therefore it would be a nice feature, if the cursor could jump to the second line directly under the "<" of the summary-tag
