Private repos showing "Stat is unavailable"

Describe the bug When viewing a private repo, the LOC doesn't work.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a private repo
2. See error

I also gave gloc a classic personal access token with the following permissions. Is this the correct way to set up the token?
