Support cartoview

Cartoview allows you to add apps into your GeoNode site. We should add support for Cartoview. Will it work with QGIS Server backend?

Apps will work as long as QGIS Server supports from Geoserver features. some apps like Dashboard will not work as it uses WPS and it is not supported by QGIS server. please let me if you found any problem in installation or operation.
