Recipient list / Include page subtree fails (v12)

If you check "Include page subtree" in a recpient list and try to open backend module recipient list, this error occurs:

503 Oops, an error occurred! An exception occurred while executing a query: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near ') AND (((pages.deleted = 0) AND (((pages.t3ver_wsid = 0) AND (((`page...' at line 1

If you uncheck "Include page subtree" everything works fine.
