help: call `repeat-help-key` to keep the state of help menu rather than only showing for once

(setq repeat-help-popup-type 'which-key)
(setq repeat-help-auto nil)

When I press C-h key, help menu is showing, but after another repeat key is pressed, the menu disappeared again. Could you please provide option to keep the menu to show in whole repeat status after toggled ?
