CSS changes not picked up until the browser gets focus

It seems it should, but CSS changes are only picked up when the browser gets focus.

Hmm, it seems to work for me, even when the browser is out of focus. What browser/version/OS are you using?

Using Chromium 35 on Linux with a blank profile. I can confirm it works on Firefox 32a2.

Let me know if there's anything I can provide for debugging.
