API for Ratings: Does it exist already?

Do we have an API to add or delete ratings already? @flosse

Need

In Swagger we have only described how to get Ratings.

But not the API how to create them. Clients like the Weltladen-Dachverband, should ideally automatically add an sustainability-Rating for all their entries.

automatised ratings

• Title: Protected hashtag [#offiziellerWeltladen] (can only be used, if you have the Token #296 )
• Description: a default description connected to the hashtag
• Source: The URL of the entry in the databasis of the certifier
• Rating-Category: Depends of the Protected hashtag and is predefined like the descriptoin
• Rating: +3 - +5 (better than any manually added rating), also predefined with the Description

That probably results in creating a databasis with

• Protected Hashtags
• Token
• Default descrptoin
• Rating-Category
• Rating
