Next to the omni-present Transifex web service, maybe developers can have a look at weblate.org as an alternative. For opensource projects, a free hosting of an instance is possible on the weblate own server, or create an own weblate instance on your hardware.

It is used by Osmand development.

Transifex is free for opensource projects as well. Both services are great
