provide a way to capture a specific direction of view and zoom in a 360-image in a link

Please provide a way for users to open a specific 360 image, set zoom and direction of view and send a link to another user which leads to the exact same view.

When e.g. using KartaView to support activities of city councils and local NGOs, it is cumbersome and sometimes very difficult to explain where the receiving party should turn their gaze to to see the important content. It'd be great to be able to just say "this drainage cover is clogged and needs cleaning", without having to add "...and you can see it if you turn to your left and down: it's the closer one of the two in the picture".

I expect this is a widely useful feature, basically every time people need to share links to images and point to something: "this is the shop I was telling you about", "this is where we'd like to build the new playground" etc.

Doesn't look at the moment like this might happen any time soon, does it? :)

For what it's worth, because I'm talking to people about specific things in the streets of my neighbourhood, I now have to make about 30 screenshots, add those to a document and send them that way, with recipient's not being able to look around the photo as such. What's more, recepients will access the KartaView map less, reducing their familiarity with the system.

It would be sooo much neater if I just dropped links to specific viewes in KartaView that people could just access live, and it looks to me like just 2 more URL params to update dynamically as the user changes the view angle and zoom... probably similar to "remember view angle as you navigate down a track" under #338, really. Am I missing something?

Can anyone from the core team please comment?

This is a matter of adding two params - zoom and pan values - to the URL. This would allow users to reference specific items in images and would lead to the service being used more often and by more users. Can this be done in the reasonable future?
