Tracks from waylens never go into "processing"
Tracks uploaded from waylens never go into the "processing" state, they just say 0 points for a few days until they eventually process.
@joeybab3 Sorry, we updated some processing components, that now the blurring step needs some camera parameters, so for waylens, as we don't have its camera parameter, the blurring step will fail. We will add a default setting for waylens, and reprocess your trakcks.
Sounds good, let me know if I can help with any of the parameters for the waylens
Same problem here
- two are waiting for processing since 2021-04-18
- one did not finish processing since 2021-02-22
I have also a track stuck in the processing step.

Post the links to the tracks so they can reprocess them. That's the only way I was able to get my - at this point hundreds of failed tracks - to process.
@osm-ToniE @Strubbl Could you help provide the track ID or links? I can find why they were not finished. We have a Job to reprocess pending tracks, so there can be something wrong we are missing.

The photos of these 3 tracks can't be processed by our blurring detection model, I'm asking our ML engineers to see if we can fix it. Because we are not allowed to export privacy information, so if the photos which contains privacy information are not blurred, we will not make the track accessible.

Thanks for the info. Maybe this is due to the fact that I cut off some pixel rows at the bottom to avoid showing the dash-board of the car. I used the same camera for the other tracks but did not cut at the bottom (images have been captured w/ bicycle though)
actually, with track https://kartaview.org/details/3460185, images have also been cut at the bottom but have been blurred well.

Yeah I sort of just assumed they would never process from their response above and in other threads about not supporting the waylens anymore
