Tool to convert .txt file to .gpx file

Would it be possible to create a tool that can convert the .txt file with location data (created by the KartaView app) into a .gpx file? The .gpx file type is a much more general, universal format, understood by many applications. Or such a tool already exists somewhere?

hi, i just ran across the same issue after getting my kartaview files exported (by a mail request i made) to upload my photos to the libre panoramax (which uses Geovisio ) and view the gpx traces of all my captures.
