Wrong speed value when uploading

When I upload I get "0.1 MB/s" even though I know my maximum upload speed is about 3.75MB/s (30Mbit/s).

I think there is an issue with the decimal point. When it says 0.1 it actually means 1.0.

I use a Motorola One Hyper with Android 10.

I get the same, but the bandwidth may be throttled at the server end.
