Numerous tracks being rejected unsure why

Just curious why tracks are being rejected when they are following the guidelines. I have had a few that were low light which i understand, but others seem good to me, especially when i see other tracks approved where the car dash covers quarter the image (example link https://twitter.com/openstreetcam/status/908777643620761600). If a track is rejected, can we get it re processed afterwards?

Secondly i do not see any points listed on the app or the website. Don't know why, documentation for this is sparse.

User tristan-michael. Specifically Track 970413 was rejected. Unsure why.
