Feature request: tags

Let users tag papers and filter by tags (within their own library). It'd be nice to have some sort of distributed / shared tagging as well, but that seems more difficult technically.

👋🏽 Hey @vluzko - my friends and I built filtr.pub as a fun side project to address some of the missing gaps in Arxiv Sanity Preserver. We gather data from everything in CS and Stat (along with things like citation counts, papers with code, etc.), and also have additional functionality like search queries, date ranges, following keywords, etc. Tagging is something we're looking to build as well :)
