Doesn't Work When User is Logged Out

Description: When the user is logged out of Windows, the program fails to execute properly. Instead of shutting down the computer as expected, the webpage only displays "OK" but does not proceed with the shutdown.

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Run the program while logged in – it works correctly.
  • Log out of Windows and attempt to run the program.
  • The webpage shows "OK," but the computer does not shut do
